Awesome, helpful, knowledgeable, unpretentious owners/designers/staff with an amazing variety of products. Can't say enough about my great experiences with these folks!
Nice, helpful, knowledgeable, patient people, willing to help whether or not it leads to a sale for them. Good selection of tasteful stuff. Also, very sensible and down-to-earth. Some of the East Bay tile places are really boutique-y and aloof, so I thought they were a really pleasant change. They also have good communication skills and keep you up-to-date about what's happening with your order.
