I only just met Scott a couple of months ago but in the two times that I have used/needed him he was AMAZING! Straight up, helpful, quick to fix and reasonable. (I bet most people can't say that about their mechanic :) ). Thank you Brad for sending me to Scott he is a wallet and life saver.

I've known Scott for 30 years. There is no mechanic more straight-up honest ,and understandable. He's done his homework a long time ago. Every time I pop in with an issue , I leave having learned something myself.
Possibly the last honest mechanic. Knows what he's doing, never overcharges, and backs up his work. We started bringing my husbands Camaro in when no one else could fix it; now we bring all of cars here.

We recently purchased a low mileage, late model Saturn. The car had some basic deferred maintenance so we found Art Stange online (drawn by its excellent reviews and close proximity to home). We found the initial service attentive and professional. Over the next few months the car exhibited some strange behaviors - oil leaking into coolant most notably. Experienced, honest, inexpensive, fast. – This is the best repair shop I have ever found. Don't be discouraged by their small size, or the old cars in the lot. They do excellent work, especially for the price. Scott, the owner, is very experienced - ASE Certified Master Mechanic. He is also very professional: customer service is the highest priority for him. His estimates are honest and accurate, and his repairs last.
Best garage in town. – Known Scot, the owner, for many years. I send all my friends and family to him because he knows cars better than anyone, is honest and fair. He appreciates your business as much as you appreciate his work, so you're safe taking your car to him.
