If I could give less of a rating I would. I am angry. My partner and I have been out of heat for almost a month now (I’ll give it to them, they did have our heat working for at least 3-4 days so far since the issue happened). Every time maintenance came our heat started magically working so he shrugged it off instead of trying to fix the original issue, this happened like twice.
