My wife and I put an application in and we were actually quite surprised at how painless the entire process was. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The whole property was very well maintained and sits right next to a river. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we're looking for!
My husband and I came in for an apartment tour and we're very happy with everything we saw! The buildings were very clean and well lit, beautiful mountain views right from your living room, plenty of storage, plenty of space and big open windows! We spoke to the Manager, Amber, and she was such a breath of fresh air! She was very informative of the town and provided us with plenty of information about the property we were very pleased with her attitude and service!
If I could give less of a rating I would. I am angry. My partner and I have been out of heat for almost a month now (I’ll give it to them, they did have our heat working for at least 3-4 days so far since the issue happened). Every time maintenance came our heat started magically working so he shrugged it off instead of trying to fix the original issue, this happened like twice.
