When my children brought me a lovely bracelet from Art + Soul in honor of my 75th, I was delighted by its unique design, it's message and lovely set stones. Unfortunately, less than a month later, I lost the center stone, an opal. UPDATE: 3/31/26 The owner of the store kindly reached out after learning about my bad experience and made an honest effort to make things right. The store had my necklace fixed at no cost and returned it to me good as new. This was a 180 turn from my initial sour experience, and much, much better. My husband surprised me for Christmas with a lovely gold necklace I'd been admiring from Art & Soul. I was delighted , however sadly after just two months the necklace broke at a weak solder joint. I brought it in to see about repair today, and explained that it broke with just a light tug (one that would be expected with normal daily wear of a necklace).
