Mr. Mawani cares about the well being of the children. Which to me is so important as the kids take on the emotions of what is happening almost more then the adults do yet dont know how to manage emotions like adults. Mr. Mawani is very pro resolution versus expensive litigation which is tough to find in the world of Family Law (in my opinion) I recommend Mr. Mawani to anyone, but most especially to those who want to try and do things amicably. Fighting can get expensive and it delays the moving on process.
Karim Mawani is a superficially charming egomaniac. Throughout the 2+ year divorce process, he would drag his feet and required reminders after months of no contact (which he would charge me for). He would forget about my divorce file and then get defensive and complain about how many files he has and how difficult I am when reminded. Karim is by far the best lawyer you'll ever have the chance to meet. Just look at his firm's name, Dispute Resolution! You can't put a price on excellence and experience. And wait... Janice, his assistant, will always go above and beyond for you. I count myself really lucky to have meet them. They are the reason why I now have an happy life that I now fully enjoy. +1
