The service provided was efficient, prompt, and attentive to our needs. It is evident that they prioritize cost savings for the customer.
Did the bare minimum to help with a claim, incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Was told conflicting things and ended up not being reimbursed because of it. No empathy for a situation out of my control, when it came to extending the rental they wouldn’t even consider it. You pay hundreds of dollars a month and have one claim in three years and it barely covers anything.
Very happy with the service and car insurance price.
