From application to move-in day manager Kaylan was great. Even though I had plenty of questions throughout the entire process and ran into some issues here and there along the way she was always there to help, answer calls, and reply to texts promptly and always polite and smiling.
Move in date was delayed for apt repairs. Everthing went smoothly and the staff was professional and accommodating. I especially like the interior of the complex. It's very peaceful , safe, and well kept place.
Moved into this complex not too long ago. The property manager, Auriel, was a breath of fresh air throughout my entire moving process. She made me feel comfortable and safe in where I was choosing to stay. She gave me clear , concise direction when choosing the unit I wanted & had no issues with me changing my mind a ton of times. Her patience is elite, she’s the best of the best. The complex itself is pretty quiet , not too many residents to crowd the parking lot.
Auriel is awesome! From the first time I called in to when I signed my lease she has been very communicative, sets clear expectations and gives you her honest opinion on what she believes is best for you. I looked at several apartments but when I called Art Scape and spoke to Auriel I felt very comfortable with every interaction and she was eager to help me make an informed decision. I look forward to a smooth living experience knowing the property manager truly cares about her tenants.
They always handle business in a timely and respectful manner. Very comfortable living space
