I can see why this place is rated so high! Coming from another agents office with State Farm who didn't have staff nearly as knowledgeable and kind as Jessica verifies that State Farm is actually a good company. Was rear-ended by someone with insurance from this office. My car was TOTALLY fixed and painted, ≈$10k. I never had to call. They texted a list of repair shops & free car rental. Much easier than the last time I used my own insurance. P.S. So now I have switched my car & RV to them.
