Went in just for a cleanup, my eyebrows came out uneven and way too thin. Getting my eyebrows butchered didn't hurt much and no cuts/marks left on my skin though
I was completely fine with how my eyebrows looked, I literally just wanted the stray hairs threaded off but she trimmed my brows and took way too much off. They’re so thin and noticeably uneven, it’s horrendous. gfy
Customer service was good, but they left my eyebrows way to thin. I told her thick. The shape was also awful. I have to fill them in everyday now.

I am so upset. She took off way too much of my eyebrows and they are uneven. My eyebrows were so thick and pretty and now they’re thin. Do NOT come here. I specifically asked her if they were uneven and she said “I try” Never coming back here. Waste your money elsewhere $15 for this mess? Horrible horrible horrible. I would leave 1000 one star reviews if I could.
