Terrible communication. I had an appointment booked and after 1hr of driving, I arrived at the office and found out it was closed. I had another appointment booked and again no one answered the phone but eventually I received a callback. I was stressed out with the poor communication system but Lauraine managed to provide a good experience and I left with a smile on my face. I’ll leave it at 3 stars for now and will revisit in a few weeks since I did buy a package that I do plan on fulfilling.

Excelente experiencia de principio a fin. El spa ofrece un ambiente relajante, limpio y muy bien cuidado. El personal es profesional, amable y siempre atento a cada detalle. Todos los servicios son de alta calidad y se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada tratamiento. Salí completamente renovada y satisfecha. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré y que recomiendo al 100%.
