Horrible customer service. My dad got a massage for 20$ for a 20minutes. Ended up getting charged 60$. Horrible. Felt so disrespected.
I’m absolutely disgusted by the way they treated my family. My mom doesn’t understand English well but I overheard one of the employees body shame and laugh at my mom and brother while getting a back massage. It was so disrespectful.
Excellent service, price is right and availability. Massage was able to relieve hip pain and shoulder pain. I will definitely come back. I usually go to bougee spas but will not do that again.
I guess I got lucky because I had a really good massage that was much needed.
The rates are slightly higher than traditional massage places but the experience was good.
