Had an appointment today at 12:30 noon. Arrived to a locked door in the back of the store and I had to go find an employee to open the door as no one answered and I knocked several times. I went to the back and me and two other ladies where confused as to what do we do or who do we talk to about our appointments. So off top the experience was lacking. I had 20+ locs that needed to be reattached. The LocGod attached them all plus some flawlessly and completed my retwist. She is very nice, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist. In this loc world a lot of people will take your money, overcharge you, and STILL do not know what they are doing. My experience with this business was professional, cost effective, and great customer service. I would recommend her services time and time again!!! I was a first timer at this establishment. The place looked nice. The owner was kind and welcoming. The young lady who did my hair (not the owner) was being extremely rough because she was moving fast but kept stopping to talk and gossip to the young lady in the booth beside her. Acting irritated with me every time I asked a question concerning my locs.
