I strongly recommend attend this center and learn Sky technique, it helped me immensely with both mentally and physically. With regular of practice Sky by visiting this center on the weekly basis helped to lower my blood pressure and now completely I am out of my medication. As soon as I entered this meditation center I could feel positive vibration and that atmosphere helped me go deeper in my practices.

This is an excellent program to get introduced to mediation and breathing techniques for calming and peace . Please try the trial class that is free and see how it can help. The teachers are all volunteers and hence they do this because they want to and make the program very good.

Several months ago during the unprecedented pandemic, I along with many other people worldwide, was feeling stressed and ungrounded. I had taken the Basic SKY course and several Advanced courses a number of years ago and had lapsed in my practice in recent years. I saw the online Happiness Course and signed up for it for a review and a jumpstart. I haven’t missed a day in 84 days. It was the missing piece I needed to add to my life to manage the stress of fear, disease and a change in my work circumstances. Thank you!

The SKY Breath Meditation Workshop is the best gift I have given for myself. The Evergreen chapter of the Art of Living Foundation is a great place to soak in knowledge, fun and laughter !!
