The Yoga and meditation programs are very effective and blissful!
I love this Meditation studio. From the minute i walk in I feel calm. The environment and the ambience are so zen. The teachers are knowledgable, friendly, patient and always deliver an incredible meditative experience. I can't even begin to say what a differnce learning the SKY Meditation and other breathing practises they teach has made in my life. Very comfortable, beautiful place ... recently did meditation retreat here and had great experience. And love their sudershan kriya . People are very supportive and have positive energy. Definitely visit it once if you are looking for learn to meditate. Thanks
