I’ve done various types of therapeutic modalities at AoL at their Crystal Lake office (which is warm and inviting) and in virtual spaces (made entirely safe) for almost seven years. From EMDR to group to individual talk therapy, and also participation in a training cohort for narrative trauma recovery, the care is unmatched and professionalism remarkable.
