Dr. Franks is a remarkable doctor and an important resource in Sweetwater County and the state. He listens compassionately and provides focused attention to individual needs. I greatly appreciate having him in the Rock Springs area!
After making an appointment, going in and filling out 20 minutes worth of paperwork (including insurance information), I was then told that they are not credentialed under insurance and the visit would cost $230. And that would have been just a single visit, with more follow-up visits likely. They should have let me know at the time of making the appointment that they were not credentialed under insurance for the type of visit I was doing, and told me the cost of each visit. Dr. Franks and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Franks is very knowledgeable and is great at breaking down his expertise in understandable ways.
Chad Franks is one of the best doctors I have ever received care from. He did my gallbladder surgery. He is very caring and professional. By far the best in Wyoming. I would recommend him to everyone.
