I booked a massage three weeks in advance with a specific therapist. A week before my appointment, they called and said that therapist was leaving, so I agreed to see someone else instead. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I overheard staff saying the therapist wasn’t there and that they were trying to contact other locations. After over a year of frequent visits, I would never recommend this practice due to issues I do not wish to detail publicly. Initially my experience was truly life-changing, but I ultimately regret starting my dry needling/acupuncture journey here. The harm I am left with overshadowed and tainted any benefit that was gained.

This was my first acupuncture experience. I booked my initial 90min consultation with Julie. She was so incredibly nice and attentive. I have already recommended her to coworkers who have been dealing with pain. She helped me address pain and soreness in my lower back and glutes.
