Chef Selwyn made the most amazing boneless jerk chicken and tastiest red snapper. Perfect spice levels and beautiful looking food.
What can I say about the AMAZING Selwyn, founder of the Art of Food Catering! For many years, I’ve experienced his fine cuisine and unique takes on Caribbean dishes on various occasions (ie wedding, funerals, community functions)..and each time he knocks it out of the park!!
