Called in January to schedule an appt. Got April 30, Now get a call 5 days before they ask again for my insurance information to tell me that they don't accept it. Rude!!! Now to wait months again when I need new glasses.
They are horrible. The appointment always takes over an hour. She has messed up mine and my husbands prescription multiple times. She always tries to get you into a different lens every year and then tries to make you come back for a second appointment. They lie about your brand being discontinued to try to get you to order whatever company they are pushing at the time. They got me in on short notice when I was having an issue. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. This will be my new eye doctor.
This was my first appointment with this optometrist. My previous Dr. just retired last year. I had been with him for about 25 years. I am very impressed with the exam and attention I received from Dian and her staff. I have found a new home and would highly recommend her to anyone.
