I went in around 6 PM on 8/7/26 for an eyebrow threading. When I sat down, she was about to get started without even asking what I wanted done, so I made sure to explain that my eyebrows were already a little thinner than I would like and that I’m currently trying to grow them out. The very worst eyebrow threading experience ever. Made my brows into a thin line. Not worth and don’t go here for sometime or until they change the service provider. Editing this 2 yo review to add that the service provider pushes for tips even when there is an evident tear on the skin. Can you do a good job and then let the goodness flow through the customer genuinely. The new service provider is simply rude. I got my eyebrows tinted July 10 from the older lady who works there. She should not be there she does not know what she’s doing my eyebrows look ridiculous I will never go there again

I had told the lady doing my eyebrows how other salons using wax had messed up my eyebrows and made them uneven she did so good for me and my moms eyebrows and even left a little to grow on the eyebrow that was to short to make them even with time. If it is one of your first time trying threading or not I completely recommend going here it was excellent and convenient being in the mall!
