Just had a very bad experience today, came to do a clean up, she just messed up my eyebrows than she said she would pay me money back even though I didn’t pay her, very unprofessional If you do not know how to do a job don’t play with people faces, eyebrows are the face of the face

I don't usually come to this location cuz it's out of the way but since I was already at the mall for something I thought why not. Wait wasn't long at all maybe 5 minutes,, I got Lucky and she was very sweet,, I never get used ti the pain of threading so my eyes always water ridiculously and lucky was so patient when I needed just a second to wipe my eyes with a tissue she gave me and made sure I was ready before she started on the other eyebrow,, if I didn't live almost an hour away this would be my go to location

This is the second time I have come here and they cut my eyebrow. I was in the chair for no more than 2 minutes, so they were definitely rushing which is crazy to me because no one else was waiting for a service.
