I am extremely frustrated with the billing practices at Art of Dermatology. My credit card has now been charged 4 separate times related to a procedure that, until recently, had not even been billed to my insurance. Initially, I was told my insurance had not paid and that my agreement with the office states that if insurance does not pay within 30 days, the patient can be billed. I understand being responsible for my copay or any legitimate balance after insurance processes a claim, but that is not what happened here. My ins... read more

Beware if you have to cancel they will charge you $100 for breaking the appointment.

Went to this office with a rash on my face. They misdiagnosed me the first time. When I went back the second time because it wasn’t clearing up they took a swab and gave me little to no answer with those results. Went to a different dermatologist and they listened to what I said and the cream they gave me started to clear the rash on the first day. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to waste your money.
