Visited this place once. Do not recall having a follow up appointment. Was just charged 100 dollars for not going to an appointment. We saw them last year and with our insurance we dont schedule follow ups that far out. When called to discuss the customer service rep was horribly rude and defensive with no solutions. Obviously an excuse to just take money from people with no accountability. In reading the reviews they do this often. Their three star Yelp score is far more accurate. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I called asking about my missed appointment, and the representative there immediately got defensive as if I accused them of making me miss my appointment. I repeated that I knew why I was charged and that it was my fault, and he kept repeating it was policy and not their fault. I was in need of seeing a dermatologist quickly. I wasn't expecting to be seen on the same day of my first call to them. I was a new patient and I was seen immediately. The office was clean and the staff were courteous. I did not wait long to see the doctor either. The nurse called my name within 5 mins of my arrival and after she left, the doctor came in almost immediately.bShe was very nice and listened to all my concerns. She addressed them. Highly recommend. Easy to make an appointment. The appointment was very timely. Staff was easy to talk to and compassionate. As a person with a history of skin cancer, this experience eases my stress. Thank you!
