When it comes to experience, Dr Johnson goes above and beyond. I visited the clinic as a walk-in because I had a hole in my molar, & they immediately attended me and told me what needed to be done, & when Dr Johnson saw me I knew I was in great hands. A root canal never felt better 🤣

Initially I did not want to continue coming to this dentist after seeing Mr. Johnson. He was short and unattentive, he whispered to himself over me "this will have to come out and this one" No communication whatsoever. Granted he is busy and short on time it seems, as a new customer it wasn't the greatest impression or experience. I was glad the implant doctor was different. The nurses made me keep coming back. The worst experience ever...very unprofessional, after 3 visits for a damage crown now I was told tooth should be extracted...so much TIME WASTED. Dr Johnson showed no compassion for my pain and damage he created by 3 unsuccessful attempts to fix the temp-crown. Only to say "oops we should've pulled this tooth instead of attempting to fix the broken crown 3 TIMES"...this is a perfect example of wasted time & wasted insurance benefits !!! If I could give 0 I would 🤬 the office is very outdated as well
