I had a dental emergency on a Sunday evening! My own dentist was not available so I frantically searched for someone to see me the same day. I am so glad I came across Orinda Family Dentistry. Their response time was quick, and they had me in their office within the hour. It was a Sunday, so they were closed but came in just to assist with the dental emergency I was having. Wonderful density, walked me through my healing process of my wisdom teeth extraction. I appreciate the quick responses through text while scheduling an appointment
It was a really good experience. Everyone told me what was happening before they started. And the Dentist and the assistant were very supportive.
Dr. Sandhu came in on a Monday (when they are normally closed!) to take care of a totally-panicked me after my front tooth crown had cracked and fallen off. She was so responsive and gentle and just all-around caring and gave me really clear steps on how to care for the repaired crown in the interim in order to protect it while looking ahead to a plan to replace the crown. I have a big event this weekend, and it was such a relief to have it taken care of so I don’t have to hide my mouth! Thank you.
