Hispanic girl and the experience was very bad. She cut my toe, the pedicure was poorly done, my feet still had dead skin left on them, and the nail polish was badly applied. On top of that, I asked for a design on each big toe and was told I had to pay an extra $8 for it, and if I wanted French tips, I would have to pay an additional $10. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the service
Avoid this place at all costs. I would not recommend them for any service. The staff does not seem properly trained in basic nail salon procedures, and they rotate between customers instead of having designated technicians, which creates a lack of accountability and consistency. I came in for an eyebrow waxing, and the experience was unacceptable. The wax appeared to be old, and the equipment clearly needs updating.
