Love the services and great customer service you get at New Art Nails.
I have been going to this nail salon for more than a year, trying every time to give their customer service another chance, but every visit leaves me more disappointed. First, they do not know how to do nail art at all. Whenever I ask for a design, I show them clear reference photos and they agree, but in the end they do something completely different. Google has to change this setting about giving at least one star review bc this place doesn't even deserve that one star for how bad customer service is. The owner is so rude. I've come several times now and her attitude has always been a problem but I never confronted her. Last week the nail polish I chose had lumps and wouldn't dry at normal rate.
