Ao I when and got a pedicure and I needed a manicure so, what they call a manicure was not doing and nail cutting or cuticle cutting they just soaked me and try to hurry up doing the manicure and I said no gal polish they did it anyway when I said regular polish I will not be returning don't go to this location.
I liked how they left my nails in this place But today I had a bad experience they wanted to charge me double with the card be careful when you pay with Card or Apple Pay, according to them the machine is failing but on this occasion they did not want to check that it had no paper, and they did not want to check the last transactions, they wanted by force that I swipe my card again.
Absolutely terrible experience. Lucy I believe was her name was extremely disrespectful and made the entire visit uncomfortable. The side comments she made were rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a business before. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone.
Very polite and great service. Highly recommend.
