Very disappointing experience. We had our business vehicle towed to the shop on March 7. Problem was diagnosed by the end of the day-needed a new heater hose. I was informed it would be 5-6 days to get this heater hose. We had no communication when the part arrived, and I had called them several times to check. As this is a company vehicle, my customers were limbo as to when I would be servicing them. Have a older full size truck that, if I ever need quick service I call art Morris auto repair. They have always worked with me. Last time was a water pump leaking, today a wiper switch going bad. Service is great.

I had Timing chain guides going out on Nissan Xterra. Was considering going to the dealership, since it is a complicated job and a lot of things can go wrong while doing it. Art Morse shop handled it in timely manner with no issues, following recommended TSB from Nissan. All for a better price and no stress to me. Check them out.
