The staff are always very friendly!
Called last week about a transmission judder with my Honda Odyssey. The service representative checked my VIN and informed me that the necessary service was under warranty. I confirmed multiple times that the warranty applied to this VIN and mileage before making an appointment for transmission service. When I actually showed up today, I was told that the warranty did not cover transmission service; the service representative I spoke to had confused it with the TSB for the piston ring issue.
