Art Moehn’s service center delivered the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop or service center. I scheduled an appointment online the same day my transmission issues arose. RJ was my service representative, and his communication throughout the entire process was second to none. The warranty clerk was out for a day, so RJ stepped in and submitted my warranty claim, which required numerous conversations with the warranty company. Giving a one star because I've been going here for years now and for almost all my services and most times I leave with something wrong with my vehicle that wasn't a problem when it entered the shop. I go in car sounding good leave with noises it wasn't making before. I also go in with my car clean inside and leave with it dirty inside. I can't keep doing it. I suggest taking your car to the Chelsea location
I have a 2016 Corvette. I called for an appointment and received a 10:30 an appointment on 6/24/2025. I mentioned in making the appointment that I wanted a radiator flush and an oil change with Mobile 1. When I arrived at 10:30am I also indicated that I wanted Mobile 1. I waited for 1 hour and I was informed that the mechanics we going to lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm. I came back at 12:30 and waited until about 2:30pm to 3:00pm when they finished my vehicle.
