I was shopping for a cover and according to their specs the cost would be $179. However I needed the design to be 3 more inches in depth to both sides. He was going to charge me $100 additional dollars for a minor change in their standard size. He responded by telling me this is because it had to be made special and I fully expected to pay an additional fee however $100 is excessive. His competitor (Fichman's) charges only $30 for such a minor change in depth only Go to Fichman's instead. Company has terrible business ethics... read more
