Thank you Art Limo for your exceptional service. We hired Art Limo for both of our children’s proms (2024 & 2026). I am a big fan of good customer service. Art delivered! He returned my phone calls promptly and was professional, on time and accommodating. I was very comfortable knowing that he was driving my children to their prom. You cannot go wrong hiring Art. This was an amazing and professional service. We hired Art Limos to transport 15 of us around Monroe during a bachelorette party. Communication was fast and very easy to understand, even as the number of people and timing changed. Art was very responsive and went through the entire reservation process with me. The day of, he arrived early and was so friendly and kind, he even offered to take a photo of all of us. He waited at our stops and was ready to go whenever we were. I cannot rave about Art enough!!! From the start of booking my trip to leading up to the trip, Art was extremely helpful and insightful with the planning! I hosted a bachelorette party and we did a winery/cidery day, without Art this would not have gone as smooth as it did! Art was so professional and flexible. We toured Angry Orchard, Warwick Valley Winery, and Pennings Farm Cidery. Art is top notch, high class service you’d be silly not to use him!!!!
