Terribly slow, I paid ahead and they were wrapping 3 flowers up for me, after 25 min I just left. They are terrible and would never go back. They owe me $20 as I got no flowers. Horrible company

Never go here. We have been going here for years and it’s Valentine’s Day and my fiancé bought me flowers from there like he does every year. He spent 70$ (prepaid) this year and there is only 7 flowers in the bouquet. There’s no bow around the vase or anything. So disappointed and won’t be going back after this. They won’t even answer the phone.
It was such a pleasure working with Justin and the Art Lan Floral team to provide flowers for my sister-in-law following the death of her mom. There were lots of great options to view on the website and we chose arrangements to brighten up four different rooms in the house. The team was helpful in coordinating a convenient delivery. The flowers were more beautiful than expected and stayed fresh for over a week.
