Long story short - they suck at customer service!! Here's the long version: To be honest this review is only a review on their poor customer service, seeing how I didn't get far enough to get any work completed! I called for an estimate 3 weeks ago - surprised to get somebody out the next day(all seemed promising). Nice gentleman came out April 4th. I was gone for a week so when I returned I assumed by then surely I would have en estimate emailed or a voicemail at my office. Nope. So I waited another week, and then decided t... read more
