Jose (Arturo) worked on my parents’ kitchen installation, a project costing over $17,000. While the work was completed, communication was extremely poor throughout and after. I left several voicemails, texts, and WhatsApp messages with no response, to the point I thought I’d been scammed. There are still unfinished details, including extra shelves, adjusting the microwave frame (it sticks out), and replacing a small metal piece that’s falling off and prevents a cabinet door from closing. I got quotes from many companies but due the owner Jose’s great explanation and never ending persistence, I decided to go with him. After making my initial payment things changed quickly the lack of response and follow up was shocking.
