When you sweat for an hour and are still smiling (and not because you just finished), you know that you've found an exercise program that you love. Art in Motion is a wonderful place to exercise. Denise & Susan make it fun and friendly. Classes are full of great energy & motivation. They offer a variety of class choices & times to please everyone.I love Art in Motion & I think you will too !!!!!!!
These instructors really do "motivate you to move"! They are FUN, Highly Energetic, and pay attention to detail. By having such a natural gift and talent for fitness instructing, they easily give their clients/students personal attention in a positive self motivating manner. Instead of doing repetitive routines, they do a lot of variations and mix it up a lot to keep it fun, so it never gets boring. If you are looking for a place that welcomes you, encourages you, de-stresses you, and challenges you - look no further. There are several classes and times to choose from so it can fit into busy schedules. Working out doesn't have to be a bore - come see how much fun it can be! I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me!
I absolutely love exercising in Art in Motion. The instructors are fun while making us sweat. The atmosphere cannot be better. Love, love, doing Zumba here. Highly recommended!
