I had a technician come to “fix my ac unit “ Monday , he had to jump start my compressor.. my AC didn’t work after that . Contacted him the next morning to let him know that the house was still 79 degrees . He said he would be here Tuesday .. I missed work and he did not show up. I spent several days trying to troubleshoot an issue with my gas heater—every time the blower came on, the gas would shut off. Sent a work order request for my Heat Pump system last week through my home warranty service. A.R.T. techs arrived the next morning first thing with a quick diagnosis of the problem. Was recommended I upgrade my system since the current one was possibly non-repairable. Later the same day, I had a second team of techs arrive to take a second look to make sure it was non-repairable. This team told me it was repairable, but would likely fail again.
