If American Home Shield sends this company to your home, just get another opinion immediately. Had 2 companies out today after these people and they both said something completely different. A rusty pan isn’t the reason a system isn’t working. Richard was unprofessional, seems to hate his job. Personally wouldn’t trust this company to do any work. If you want a company that will do great work and is trustworthy call Kanes heating and air, super professional and honest.
AHS assigned them to come check my A/C. I don’t know his name, but immediately without asking questions goes and checks the unit took about 30/40 minutes. Comes downstairs says that he could clean/fix it but it likely will need to be replaced. Without every detail and in short. I tried to do routine maintenance change the filter/clean the intake vent with my shop vac that’s BEFORE the AC unit so technically not part of the actual system. I left the grate off and didn’t sweep up prior to the tech showing up so he put in the n... read more

Company was send by AHS. He was Very unprofessional. As soon as I started questioning his advise he got very defensive when he was inside my home . He turned the fuse outside off and refuse to put it back on. As soon as he left I called AHS and reported that he was rude and defensive. When I got the estimate from AHS nothing on his recommendation was covered and he added things like leveling the unit outside that was never mentioned while he was at my home but was put on the estimate.
