I can always count on ART. They have been servicing my HVAC/Heat Pump for the past 10 years and always do an excellent job. Today’s team was Jake and Jeremy, they were very professional and courteous. One thing I can point out is that when I have a service request they come out quickly to assess the problem and always give me advice on how to take care of my unit to help it run more efficiently. Thank you Jake for today’s advice! I totally recommend to give ART a try.
This guy is super unprofessional and tries to misdiagnose old compressor systems so you'll have to pay him directly for a new system rather than have the home warranty service pay for it. This guy is in it for the money like most and will go out of his way to swindle a buck from any customer. Pathetic!
Gentleman did meet his appointment time and gave me a call to give me a few minutes notice. Called out on home warranty, not by me. Complained the whole time he was trying to get my unit open (20 minutes) about the copious amounts of tape on the unit, which were not placed by us. He then seemed to complain about it being a gas furnace and the process used to clean it. He was overpriced and we found another company who was more than happy to take of us.
