I had a very disappointing experience at Art Glass Studio. The owner was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. The selection of glass was quite limited, and the final finishing work was poorly done and lacked attention to detail. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I would not return or recommend this studio to others.

My friends and I took a glass mosaic class- its was lots of fun and our pieces turned out great. Roberta was very helpful, we even went over time for the class and she let us stay late to finish our pieces

No introduction at the beginning of the class. Two people, a male and female, were working but no one was actually in charge of the class. The woman, who I am assuming was the owner, was curt and rude whenever anyone asked a question. At one point, when I went to help my friend, she literally swatted my hand away! This was a beginner stain glass class but she acted as if we were stupid about the process. When I stated the foil wasn’t sticking to the glass, I was told “do better”. I didn't want to leave negative feedback, but Roberta's behavior compelled me. My husband gifted me a class bento gift card, and I was super excited about the glass mosaic class. However I arrived 5 minutes late for the class, and Roberta rudely yelled at me for being late. I apologized and took a seat. She asked us to pick a kit, but the instructions were unclear, and everyone looked confused.
