My friends and I took a glass mosaic class- its was lots of fun and our pieces turned out great. Roberta was very helpful, we even went over time for the class and she let us stay late to finish our pieces

No introduction at the beginning of the class. Two people, a male and female, were working but no one was actually in charge of the class. The woman, who I am assuming was the owner, was curt and rude whenever anyone asked a question. At one point, when I went to help my friend, she literally swatted my hand away! I didn't want to leave negative feedback, but Roberta's behavior compelled me. My husband gifted me a class bento gift card, and I was super excited about the glass mosaic class. However I arrived 5 minutes late for the class, and Roberta rudely yelled at me for being late. I apologized and took a seat. She asked us to pick a kit, but the instructions were unclear, and everyone looked confused. My wife and I purchased a sun catcher making class. We had issues with their calendar and texted for assistance. The texts couldn’t clarify the situation so we called the number. The lady who answered didn’t say hello but immediately said “what do you want!?” (Extremely rude). After explaining our issue she put down the phone and we heard a ton of cursing about our issue and yelling. I have never seen a more unprofessional business in any capacity. If I could give this shop owner zero stars, I would. And judging from the other reviews, I am not alone. I booked a Groupon for a glass class at this location for my sister's birthday. We were really looking forward to it. I tried to book the class online but was having some difficulties so I sent an email to the owner. I heard nothing for 3 weeks and followed up.
