Jay is wonderful to deal with. We needed an existing window etched and an already etched door re-etched. The window turned out beautiful and the door wasn't really his problem. He could have refused to work on it since it wasn't his work but he took it to his shop. He delivered it back and we felt that it still was too transparent. He came again at no charge and made it more opaque. I don't know what other vendor would have done that. He was patient and kind. I highly recommend him.

Jay's etching is the best in the business. I looked at others' work and I found no one that came close to the artistry and skill that Jay provides. If etched glass isn't done well it can look cheesy. Not so with Jay's work. Truly stunning and beautiful. He is honest, on time with his schedule and eta. I recommend him without question now that I have completed our job with him. We had him do our master shower doors. We went with a sea-life motif. It came out so gorgeous. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Jay!!!
Jay' s artwork is a beautiful addition to our master bathroom. It's truly stunning and he was lovely to work with throughout the process. Installed in 2018, it still looks as beautiful as when it was first delivered. You can see the layering and precision in the close up photo. Highly recommend Jay for your custom glass needs.
