If I were able to give zero stars I would. My best friends had their wedding in late June 2023 and while the wedding and reception was beautiful for the celebration of love, but the place and service itself was completely underwhelming and unwelcoming. BEWARE! My wedding never happened but I paid $10,000 which they refuse to refund. I booked by wedding back in February of 2021 because I absolutely loved the venue and the story David spun on customization and flexibility (including no problem to postpone for any reason) sounded amazing. Communication via the Campfire app is a joke, they barely respond and won't pick up phone calls, reply to texts or emails - you are completely at their mercy. I had my wedding there this past Saturday, July 2023. The setup was gorgeous and everything I had hoped for thanks to my Wedding Coordinator. The positives are that you can basically do anything you want there, and you have the space for a full 24 hours. My husband and I were guests at a wedding on June 24, 2023. We have been to over 200 weddings in our lifetime, and this wedding venue was the worst we’ve attended. Trying to avoid the wet spots on several floors due to leaking pipes was an adventure in itself. It reflects that the management company does not provide safety for their guests. We had our wedding in July 2022. I have refrained from writing a review in the hopes that the Art Factory would communicate with us and resolve our concerns. After weeks of no contact or return calls we had to pursue legal action. They OVERPROMISE and UNDERDELIVER. And the moment your wedding is over, they will ghost you.
