We are a hotel and the owner of ART promised us that if we give them the big job which was to replace our sewer lines they will help us with any plumbing issues and we have them job which was well over $25K, and once the job was completed they promised us that they will come and inspect after several months which they never did. They never responded to my email, calls, text or any of my messages, and 4 of our toilets have been clogged since they did the job and never came back to fix or look at it. Amazing! Javier went out of his way to help. At 8 pm, we discovered the main water valve to house was leaking-a lot! Found Javier via google and called. He talked us through what needed to be done that evening. He even collaborated with the DPW to ensure we were ok for the night. Showed up first thing next morning and replaced the valves. What great customer service and all for a reasonable price. We have used his services again and the quality cannot be beat.
