We have been proudly serving our community for over 20 years. Walk-ins always welcome. The offerings are the same at every location but each studio has its own unique personality. Art Dept. Studios North Wales is located in the Montgomery Square Shopping Center in the original Knapp farmhouse. It was so nice to get back on a wheel and throw pieces again! I was a bit rusty, but with my instructor Tori's encouragement and help, she got me back into the swing of things and helped me center clay when I just couldn't make it did my bidding. I took the 4 week pottery wheel class, and I look forward to signing up for more classes at this studio in the future. Thank you for your instruction and for teaching such fun classes, Tori!
We had the best time! Our instructor took her time, was patient with the kiddos throughout the whole process. She also let us come in extra early due to the heat. Would love to return soon!
My 3 daughters and I have taken the 1x on the wheel pottery class and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our instructor yesterday was Aggie and she was clear with her directions, very encouraging and friendly. We each made 3 pieces (which is a miracle to me for beginners) and are looking forward to painting them after firing. It's so much fun to do as a group and in my opinion, an excellent value. You leave with such a sense of accomplishment!! I highly recommend this studio and their 1x on the wheel pottery class!
