We stopped in to have the hanging wire for an old oil painting restrung and the backing tightened where the frame was coming loose. It took about 10 minutes for them to fix for us, so we waited in the shop. Very easy and pleasant, and reasonable too! Will definitely come back if we need any other framing done.

Talk about exceptional and great customer service, this is the place to go if you ever need pictures or Artwork framed. I had an artwork that I wanted framed, and John helped and guided me in selecting the right frame and protective glass for my artwork. The job came out beautiful and it was completed within the time frame he proposed. I had to ship my artwork and John volunteer to securely packaged my frame (he did not have to do that) and even took the box outside for me so I can conveniently ship it to the FedEx office ne... read more
