I was very impressed their transparency, professionalism, and accommodation. I got a piece of black and white photography framed and the suggestions of margins and frame turned out to look fantastic. Pricing wasn’t cheap, but it was fair and transparent. I asked for a relatively short turnaround of a week, and the day I went to get it I was running late and the person working there was generously willing to stay open for me a bit late to get there if I needed which was incredibly kind of them. Really good experience.

excellent options and customer service we had tried a place a bit south on Columbus and had a horrible experience so glad we found Art Care -- we'll be repeat customers and recommend their service 10x over.

We stopped in to have the hanging wire for an old oil painting restrung and the backing tightened where the frame was coming loose. It took about 10 minutes for them to fix for us, so we waited in the shop. Very easy and pleasant, and reasonable too! Will definitely come back if we need any other framing done.
