The place is great & Ben is a great property manager but definitely wish it was move in ready wasn’t re painted and dryer still need to be fixed & also had to clean the unit they could do a little better on cleaning.even though the place was vacant since April 8 when I looked at it. It seems like they forgot to work on it.
Been living here six years now and absolutely love it! Great location, great price, beautiful apartments with in unit washer & dryers and the new manager Ben does a wonderful job ! I'd highly recommend this place
These apartments are great! I have really enjoyed my stay here would recommend to anyone!
Art bloc has been a great place to live! The building is beautiful and in a great location so close to the downtown. I’ve had a great experience with the property manager Taylor and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the downtown area!
