These apartments are great! I have really enjoyed my stay here would recommend to anyone!
Art bloc has been a great place to live! The building is beautiful and in a great location so close to the downtown. I’ve had a great experience with the property manager Taylor and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the downtown area!
High rent, trash all over garage, weeds and dead grass outside. Frequent inspections, with 24 hour notice. Management will answer you and tell you that they are working on the issues. I’ve been here two months and ask them most on a daily basis to clean up the trash. Nothing happens.
