Customer service here is abysmal. Ordered wrong sunglasses three times. After the third attempt, I contacted at the sunglass maker directly to discuss the issue. I then tried calling Art and science of eyewear without a single response back. Left approximately 7 to 8 voicemails in one week time frame including an email and again no response. Prior to that every time I got called, it was somebody different who had no idea what was going on. Not very LGBTQ friendly either.
