I used them for upholstery and that was fine for the most part. However they omitted to ask me which direction I wanted the fabric to go on the sofa. Fast forward I wanted to get a stool replicated. I provide a sample which they lost. I have repeatedly tried to get the stool back and they say they don't know where it is. If they were going to throw it out they could have called me and asked me to pick it up. Amazing company they were very professional and on time with the projects. I am happy to continue working with them from now on.
