Excellent, excellent condo in West Chelsea. Building staff are friendly and engaging, as well as dutiful. Units are spacious, have lovely finishes, washed / dryers in unit, and plenty of closet space. Lovely wood floors and sun-filled rooms with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows. Gym is good (kept me in shape in COVID), and it’s complimentary! Back patio is gorgeous and the roof is comfy with nice patio furniture and an electric grill. Moved here after living at 507 West Chelsea. Both are good buildings, but 540 is next level.... read more
