After having used Arslanian Bros. for years to clean my rugs, I will never use them again. Customer service is poor to say the least, when the wrong rug was delivered to my home, I immediately called and was met with an angry response. Terrible company brought my rugs back dirty had a carpet cleaner overnighted because I could tell they were never cleaned they just rolled them up and paper the water was black I cleaned them myself got a bs excuse then they Wanted to pick them up and do them again I just did it myself had them cut a rug for the hallway cut it to big I gave them the measurements charged me 914 dollars they total basically stole my money stay away from 340 was for the cleaning these are rip off artists I know I’m not the first one I have vide... read more
