I am in a flare up, worst one I have had with Hives and just itch all over. I called the office over and over with no answer or return call. When I went to the office the lady at the desk stated " Unless we are sitting here paying attention it does not get answered". I called begging for a steroid to help with the pain and the only thing I got was laughed at. Worst staff Im not sure how they are still open with this staff.
