PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS LAWYER!!!! We closed on our first home with Arshdeep as our lawyer and the experience was very frustrating. There was a serious lack of communication throughout. We were asked to travel from Toronto to London to sign documents under the impression it was mandatory by the lender but later learned this was not required. Very disappointing experience. There was a consistent lack of communication throughout the process. Emails were not responded to, calls were often unanswered, and when communication did happen, it lacked professionalism. Signed documents were not provided back despite multiple follow-ups. Even one week after closing, the trust ledger has still not been shared, which raises serious concerns about transparency.
